I did print the idiot proof diet
handbook and read it but I also used the idiot proof diet generator for 3 sessions. I lost a total of 22 lbs. in 39 days - 10 lbs. the first 11 days, stalled on the second session losing only 3 lbs. (used the diet the same way) and lost 5 lbs. the third session. (I always gained at least 1-2 lbs back on the 3 free days). I am happy with the results and will continue to use the sensible recommendations for weight management. I am 59 yrs young and have always had to manage my weight through diet and exercise but the last couple of years whatever use to work was not working anymore and I would try different things for 3 weeks with no success, get frustrated and quit.
